Maximise Your Training Investments

Synopsis

Attending workshops and seminars sometimes requires significant investments both in terms of time and money. If you want to make sure you maximize your training investments, take action. The earlier and more immediate the better. All the great knowledge you acquired during the workshop and seminar is useless without action.

One useful way on taking action is to write down three things that you will change as a result of the new knowledge you had acquired. Once written, do it. It may not be successful the first time round, but at least you’ve gained more experience.

LearnedR Cap The Learner Mindset by Reza Ali

Our unique LearnedR cap given to all participants

The Learner Mindset

A Learner mindset is very important to have if you want to grow. In Reza Ali Training, I take a lot effort and time in the process of persuading a participant to shed the LearneD mindset and shift to the learneR mindset. One of the strategies that helps participants to shift to a learner mindset is to give them out famous LearnedR cap.

It’s a simple yet powerful strategy. The Learner Mindset cap and other strategies I use helps makes Reza Ali Training one of the most impactful workshops and seminars for corporate training and transformation.
